MODEL WET BATCHING PLANTS

QUALITY CONTROL

  PT UNGGUL SEJATI INDONESIA performs Quality Control on all aspects of quality control at all levels of the production process of concrete. With the purpose of obtaining concrete durability, workability and compressive strength in accordance with project specifications.

The Engineering Division headed by a Technical Manager responsible for Quality Control & Quality Assurance concrete produced.

The procedure of QA/QC is as follows:

¢Perform periodic testing of materials to the material sent by the supplier according to project requirements or specifications applicable concrete.

¢Compressive strength testing specimens produced concrete example periodically or in accordance with the applicable specifications of concrete

¢To evaluate the quality of concrete in the production.

BATCHING PLANT

We have several type of Batching Plants such as Type Wet, Dry Type, Wet Mixer that comes from Japan and Germany and are using the semi automatic digital system, and full automatic computer system.

By using the Type Wet mixer may result a fast production capacity, homogeneity of the concrete mix and good quality, energy efficient and environmentally sound mixer truck.

We also have a mobile batching plants that can be placed at the project site and very fast in the installation process. Mobile Plant for projects with small to moderate volume in various regions of Indonesia. Capacity Mobile batching plants are small to medium to serve the needs of concrete for the project with concrete production speed 15-25 m3/hr.

BACKGROUND

   PT  UNGGUL SEJATI INDONESIA is a private owned national company of concrete readymix supplier that operating in all parts of Indonesia. We started the company of concrete readymix from 1 (one) location of batching plant  at Toll Cipularang II project in 2003. We currently have a number of batching plants Type Wet and Dry Type Mobile batching plants which now are  operating in Sumatra, Java and other regions in Indonesia. Among them are Ciledug, Gebang - Cirebon, Jatigede - Sumedang, Tasikmalaya, Bandung, Teluk Naga, Lubukpakam, Medan - North Sumatra, Jambi, Tanjung Pinang, etc.

   We perform dynamic improvement and expansion to maintain concrete quality and excellent service for customers’ satisfaction.

     We have successfully completed the project with the timeliness and quality of concrete in accordance with project specifications.

     Moreover, we also have a number of ancillary equipment Readymix, among others Excavator, Dump Trucks, Sand Mining and Stone Crusher, which can produce and transport the material to the location plant quickly, accurately and with appropriate quality specifications of the project.
